“Sustainable Potato Production - Guidelines for Developing Countries”: In the spirit of sharing our global efforts on the journey of sustainable agriculture and developing practical knowledge we are pleased to present a recently released technical guide on “Sustainable Potato Production - Guidelines for Developing Countries”.

This was a collaborative effort between the FAO, CIP, Wageningen University and our SAI Platform member McCain Foods.

Although this guide is directed primarily at decision makers at institutional level, it should also be of use to technicians, potato growers and processors engaged with the humble tuber in developing countries.
