The Sustainable Foods Summit is a series of summits that focuses on the leading issues the food industry faces concerning sustainability and eco-labels such as Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, etc. With sustainability rising on the corporate agenda, food and ingredient companies are looking at various ways to reduce their environmental and social footprints.

The fourth edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit hones in on two major aspects of sustainability in the food industry: carbon footprint reduction and the use of sustainable ingredients. Case studies will be given of organizations at the cutting edge of implementing such sustainability initiatives.
