Dairy Working Group Workshop
From 6 March 2017 to 7 March 2017

The workshop will be designed to achieve the following throgh collaborative dialogue:
- • Achieve alignment amongst those attending the concept of the Maturity Levels concept
- • Based on discussions to date, agree what needs further development work, clarity or even alternative approaches to delivery
- • A clear understanding of how the developed model could be executed in supply chains, including efficiency gains at all levels – only doing sustainability ‘once’ especially at farm level
- • An understanding of what the next phase of work should focus on, with the aim of (possibly) implementing a pilot based on a first draft in late 2017/early 2018
With these desired outcomes in mind, it is vital that any colleagues you plan to invite, is up to speed with progress in this area to date.
We are currently developing a more detailed program and this will be shared with you once we have it complete.
We will be holding a dinner on the Monday evening in the hotel and this will be at an additional cost of €45.00 plus drinks per person.
