In 2013 they published the very first ‘Principles of Sustainable Beef Production’ and are now working on the development of the Farm Sustainability Assessment for Beef.Sarah Haire – Dawn Meats, IrelandKarl Williams – FAI Farms, England will share with you the journey the the Group has been on in order to achieve the desired outcomes.
